The help of the staff when we found the reservations were not correctly made with them at Kidderminster was fabulous. They couldn't find other accommodations and put mattresses on the floor and accommodated us well. The restaurant staff were excellent; we had 11 children with 6 adults and it went very well for the breakfasts and the main meal on Friday night. We were very impressed with Ramada and will recommend to everyone that Kidderminster is the best one ever! Thx, Bill Chambers

They actually phoned us a taxi so we could go into town and eat
The hotel had a power failure so were unable to provide food, television and the heating was off half the night, we understand these things happen but to still charge guests full price for sub standard facilities is a not very good customeer relations

Our trip to Kiddeminster was simply to visit relatives. However, we had time to use the excellent pool. We would have no hesitation returning to the hotel in future.

Very helpful cheerful staff, very good breakfast, set in beautiful countryside.
Room very cold on arrival, no bedside lights only overhead spotlights, terrible television picture. Bar area very cold, food and drink very expensive, spa and pool in separate building.
